Cancellation Policy

SECTION 1 COMPENSATION In consideration of the Mobile Spa (RVA & Orlando)’s services, the client agrees to pay the Mobile Spa Orlando or Mobile Spa RVA in the sum of the Cost of Services as noted in the invoice. Half of the sum is to be paid as a non-refundable deposit to reserve a specified service date, and the other half is to be paid in full within 7 days of the event, no later than the day of the event. If the Mobile Spa (RVA & Orlando) fails to appear or is incapacitated from rendering services through sickness or otherwise, the Mobile Spa (RVA & Orlando) shall not receive any compensation. SECTION 2 DUTIES OF Mobile Spa (RVA & Orlando) Mobile Spa (RVA & Orlando) shall provide the services requested competently, arrive and perform at times specified between the parties, abide by all reasonable rules and requirements that the client shall make as well as State Board rules and regulations, and as long as client thoroughly performs its obligations hereunder, render services exclusively for the client during the term of this contract. SECTION 3 TRANSPORTATION Mobile Spa (RVA & Orlando) agrees to provide his/her transportation to the event, however, parking arrangements/fees will be provided/paid by the client. SECTION 4 LODGING The client agrees to provide lodging and be responsible for lodging costs. Lodging in a private home is acceptable to the Mobile Spa (RVA & Orlando) where such accommodations have been arranged by the client for Mobile Spa (RVA & Orlando). IMPORTANT NOTE Mobile Spa (RVA & Orlando) reserves the right to refuse services due to - Broken skin or lesions - Misconduct such as solicitations or suggestive comments - Any medical condition not mentioned at the time of the reservation - Unmanageable intoxication Few medical conditions are not compatible with spa treatments - Serious cardiac conditions - Blood clots - Skin disease - Wounds - Cancer - Tuberculosis - Tumors - Fever - Fractures or dislocations Please consult your physician regarding any medical concerns before your spa service. If you are pregnant please state before your treatment, Services are generally recommended after 12 weeks. CANCELLATION POLICY For individual services please call 48 hours in advance to cancel your appointment and avoid service charges. For Spa Parties, Spa packages, Corporate Events, and Bridal services there is at least a $150 non-refundable deposit for reservation bookings. Cancellations must be made one week in advance to avoid cancellation charges. Changes to any packages must be made 72 hours prior. Once your appointment date has been reserved we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows. GRATUITIES Gratuities are not included in our treatment prices. If you are pleased with your services it is customary to give %15 - %20 gratuity to your spa technician. The gratuity may be added to the total cost of your service at the time of booking if you prefer. By securing your spa reservation with a deposit all parties named in this contract agree to said terms.
